We have had a wonderful experience with Sylvan’s throughout our engagement process so far. Justin was great when I secretly went in to look at rings without my fiancé knowing. I took my parent's wedding rings to Sylvans for refurbishing and had a wonderful experience beginning to end. The staff at Sylvans was excellent, particularly David Wilcox. He evaluated the rings and was so knowledgeable and informative. All the work was completed in less than a week and when I saw the final result I was blown away, for a reasonable price the rings looked better than new! I'll definitely be entrusting Sylvans with the care and maintenance of all my fine jewelry!
We recently purchased my engagement ring from Sylvan's. Justin was very helpful, he explained the important qualities of a diamond and what to look for. Justin took his time and did not rush us, he showed us all what was available and we were able to on the ring. Service and quality is excellent.
