My son has been attending Sylvan for almost 2 years, once a week. Sylvan accommodating us to fit our schedule, and our son has gained a lot of confidence in reading, writing and math. He went from not attending school in Grade 7 early on, to engaging full time in Grade 8. His teacher, Joanna, has been instrumental in helping him with 1-on-1 tutoring. Watch your hours because this lady only wants your money.
A very sharp and efficient staff! In 10 months they helped my niece go from a grade 3 level right up to her level 7 in English and from grade 4.5 to grade 7 in math. She has confidence in both subjects and isn't stressed out any more. Spend some money and save your child's education! Sylvan Learning is *that* good!

Our daughter has been tutored in reading/writing at Sylvan for a year. She enjoys being in a small group environment to learn. Her reading comprehension is leaps and bounds ahead of where she began. She works hard to perfect her writing. She loves her instructor Denise. The rewards program and short games at the end of the sessions make learning fun! Highly recommend Sylvan.
