No wonder there are so many homeless drug addicts in Sylacauga. You can't get help unless you have money. My son finally got insurance, waited a month for this appt just to get meds for his Tourette syndrome and they turned him away from his Appt because he owes cvmc $500. Not to mention having us show up at 12:15 for a 12:30 appt when they are closed from 12-1. I lost 2 hours of sleep for work for NOTHING. My son is a homeless meth addict that will never overcome his addiction because the system is against him. Thanks cvmc ... read more

I understand that, with COVID, some extra patience is required. I also understand people make mistakes. But there have been several times that my wife's prescriptions were either late in being signed or, most recently, not sent in after a mistake was found. That would be okay if she could get anyone on the phone or if there was another way to contact them, but there is not and it is becoming problematic at best,.
