Did not feel like I was informed or taken care of properly after a mini stroke in February, in which Dr Sykes diagnosed me with Vertebrobasilar desease and a bulging disc in neck.Was told to make an appointment 3 weeks to a month after my release from the hospital. Called his office could not get an apt until July 17. because Dr Sykes was out of country?? Wanting to keep the same doctor I took the date. Now that brings me to today July 17rh. Showing up for apt I was informed by desk clerk he was no longer practicing in Alaba... read more
The front desk staff are completely incapable of fulfilling anything they attempt. Cannot read BCBS screens correctly, rude, wait for over hours to see doctor and front desk can never call in prescriptions to the right pharmacy. Ridiculous how rude and worthless they are every time. Very sad how many patients leave because of the office staff.

Great doctor! Has helped me a lot with my migraines I hate he will be moving :(
