My pup loves doggy day care! She plays all day long and comes home completely and utterly tuckered out.
Smells so clean. My puppy has come home from two days of daycare so far and have had great service! We will be going weekly!
We dropped off our puppy for over night care. He wasn't taken out of his kennel so he soiled his kennel, they didn't bother the call me so we picked him up and he smelled so bad. He also came home with a scratch under his eye and his ear got mites. Won't be going back.

As the owner of Sydneys I'm so sorry you had a bad experience and I assure you your puppy went out several times while in our care. We let all our dogs outside to potty 4 times throughout the day and more when they are involved in daycare. He played in daycare and did great! Puppies are known for more potty accidents than adult dogs and we realize that and he was in our groom room to get a free exit bath but seems as if the pickup time was miscommunicated on our end and we had not bathed him. Lucian loves it here. He is usually very timid when it comes to new people, he loves the staff! Everyone is so kind & they really seem to enjoy working with animals.
Our Pirelli LOVES Sydney's. He pulls on his leash all the way to the front door.
We had an extremely traumatic event take place when we lost our three-year-old labrador pup, Macey, recently. I was concerned about our eight-month-old labrador pup, Molly, adjusting to life without her four-legged companion. Sydney's staff has taken Molly in as if she were their own, and she has quickly come out of her shell. I will proudly recommend Sydney's to anyone! Thanks, guys!

I use the doggy day care and the staff there is fabulous. I love the facility. And I appreciate their attention to details such as making sure anyone picking up my dog is on the "safe" list. They know my dog is basically my child and I appreciate that.
