Over the last few visits I have noticed the facility is not as clean or kept up as it was the very first time I brought my dog there but yesterday was the last straw. My 14 year old dog stayed there last night and what I picked him up today he had not been fed last night, given his medication which were in the food and labeled and in his chart or given any of his wet food which is the only way he eats his dry food. So my dog did not eat last night or this morning or get his thyroid or anxiety meds. Unacceptable!

We are so sorry this happened. We want to let you know this is not how we run our business. The employee has been written up and we are having a meeting to discuss the protocol for specific needs of the dogs when it comes to feeding and meds. This has never happened before and we feel horrible.

We are so glad you enjoyed their visit! We would love to give you a tour! We do them any day between 9am and 4pm, except for holiday weeks. Thanks for the idea! I think many parents would love a report card and we do them for the first day of daycare and would definitely consider doing it for boarding. They did great and can't wait for them to come back 😊🐾
My pooch loves to go play there! All I have to say to her is " you want to go play with friends?" And she is at the door in a flash! It makes it so much easier when you know your furmaily is in good hands!
We take our dog Copper to Sydney's to get groomed and they always do a fantastic job. Copper comes home and prances around like he is all that!!! Great place and great staff!!!
We have two very energetic labs. We were in town for a competition and brought our dogs with us. We boarded them overnight and signed them up for a day of daycare. Even after a 2.5 hour drive back to Hays, they were still wore out. Usually when they come home from being away from us, they are wound up and crazy!! But tonight, they are nice and relaxed!! They were obviously well cared for and got plenty of play time in today!!

We are very sorry for the miscommunication. The dogs were boarding over Spring Break and there is a $2 increase in boarding over Peak Periods. So that is why it would have seemed they were in different suites but they were actually in their size of suite based on weight. We did speak with you this morning and we did realize we had only applied the 20% coupon to one pet and that money has since been refunded. Again thank you for bringing this confusion to our attention. We will be sure all guests are informed of all pricing.

We are so sorry that your pup got sick. Unfortunately that summer there was a huge outbreak of kennel cough all over Wichita and every kennel in town was battling it, it was so bad even dogs who never leave their own property were getting sick. Sometimes when you bring a pup into a new environment it can be very stressful and because they are stressed it weakens their immune system and then they are prone to getting sick easier.
