Extremely unprofessional behaviour, including abusive language in chat and poor attitude. The appointment was ignored with no explanation or follow-up.
This is unbelievable. I called Sydney roof construction pty. Ltd. and the person who answered the phone was friendly however the sales manager Larry was just intent on defending the sales representatives poor behavior and kept on asking me my roof age. It felt like still I was trying to be sold an entire roof. This was a very draining and upsetting morning. It was a waste of my time as well. I would not recommend using them.
Be careful, from this company, he tells you there a warranty of 3 years workmanship and doesn't cover you and fight with you He doesn't care of the job good or not or there is a leak or not He looking for the money only , again be careful find another company
I mostly don't post the review but I could say Punit and his team is absolutely great,highly professional and you can even call him after few years of work and he can still assist you without any second thought.Highly recommended without any second thought.Continue your great work.
