Hi everyone I just thought I'd leave my review on this cardiologist with the 1 appointment I have had with Dr Gunjan Aggerwal after being referred to him by my doctor. He was professional and extremely helpful and I believe his mannerism were a nice change compared to app the medical experiences I've had recently. However when I had to get my heart check by a nurse I never caught her name she was a little rough on my right side ribs (ive broken a few ribs on that side awhile ago but they are still sensitive) and not to menti... read more

After checking reviews, I was comforted that my experience was validated by other people’s experiences with Dr Gunjan Aggarwal. I have never experienced anything like my encounter with this so-called professional anywhere let alone a medical practitioner (cardiologist at that). He was rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant during my entire appointment with him and for what reason? I’m still baffled, considering I went in for a check up. Very poor service! I had an appointment with this centre last March this year. Quoted me for a wrong procedure then overcharged me double the price from my original quote. I was told to wait for 4-6 weeks so they can sort the the thing out then made me call them every week after 6 weeks to follow up. They always say that the manager will call you but no one did! Do not go to this centre they’ll rip you off! I had my original quote with me and I will take this matter legally!
I have to agree with the reports that say the staff are not friendly and basically not even polite. They are not rude but the absolute bare basics are given. They lack the ability to engage in conversation or to explain procedures before or as they do them. I have been to many specialists and have seen better. On my first visit the receptionist was lovely but that is about it.
