I made a big mistake renting here (Sycamore Terrace)Lewis management is nice enough when you move in but after that they are absolute trash. Very dismissive. Apartments are old and not very well kept up. If you do move here ask to see the actual unit you'll be living in BEFORE you finalize the process because I'm sure it will look nothing like the one that they take you to view. Rent somewhere else. Don't clean your house when you leave. They will keep deposit regardless and also try to charge more. Document everything so you have evidence. If you sign a new lease with them you have 30 days to retract it before your stuck with the separation fine. Also ask if amenities are open, under construction or down for maintenence and how long.
Terra Vista Apartments are severely overpriced for what you get, and the management is downright predatory. They are only friendly when they want your signature on a lease. After that, they become dismissive, unresponsive, and completely indifferent to tenant concerns. I lived there for ten years and finally left because of constant rent hikes for very average unit. Nothing but expensive rent, roaches and trash cans they never clean. And do not get me started on all the little fees that they will charge you for even after you’ve paid their expensive rent!! It’s not worth living here. Some renters are gross and lazy especially when it comes to taking their trash out. The apartments and town homes are falling apart, and full of roaches!
