Terra Vista Apartments are severely overpriced for what you get, and the management is downright predatory. They are only friendly when they want your signature on a lease. After that, they become dismissive, unresponsive, and completely indifferent to tenant concerns. I lived there for ten years and finally left because of constant rent hikes for very average unit. Nothing but expensive rent, roaches and trash cans they never clean. And do not get me started on all the little fees that they will charge you for even after you’ve paid their expensive rent!! It’s not worth living here. Some renters are gross and lazy especially when it comes to taking their trash out. The apartments and town homes are falling apart, and full of roaches!
Awful management and they can careless about your complaints with loud upstairs neighbor, who are so messy and very disrespectful. Sycamore Terrace and Terra Vista apartments making Rancho Cucamonga looks like Pomona.
