Where is our security deposit???? Today, October 18, 2020, is the last day to receive our refund per California law. We were residents for just about 2 years. The apartment itself was nice; what makes it awful is everything else. 1. Lack of security - enjoy the views of homeless people, drug users, and hookers in the complex. Shady people parking their cars next to yours, throwing trash everywhere, doing drug deals. I have a teenager and was fearful of them leaving our home without us. Great place to live and property is amazing
avoid this place like a plague between unreasonable entries and constant noise this place is plain awfull . everything is outdated from the fridge to the cabinets or the cheap plastic tub . the counter have cheap plastic to give that phony granite effect ( that peels off over time ) . even if you have a pre existing condition and are at high risk they will force home inspection ANYWAY putting their staff and residents at risk during covid 19. the mask doesn't protect a 100 percent and its not like the staff will change their... read more
Beautiful property- we love living here!
Nick the night manager towed my car last night when I have a medical clearance from my doctor to park in front of my house. They make me pay $100 per month for a garage that is clear across the community that I can’t even use after having surgery on my foot. So now I have to pay $350 to get my car out. Thanks, Nick! What a loser!
The kids playground?? Ha! Doesn’t even have a slide or monkey bars. It’s mini mini rock climb thing. Lol. The grill and the jacuzzi dv on’t work in the back. If the pool is really heated. I couldn’t tell. It’s ridiculous how much I pay in rent (1600) for a “bug problem to be normal”. The maintenance crew were very reliable. I never waited a whole day for anything to be fixed. Love living here. My family and I have lived here two years. Beautiful community with kind neighbors. Very family orientated. The staff is helpful and friendly. Close to everything. Great schools. Love
