BEWARE!!! If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I’m extremely disappointed with how Sycamore Lane Apartments handled my move-out. I fully vacated the unit on March 28th, cleaned the apartment, and removed all of my belongings. I returned my keys on April 1st, yet management is still trying to charge me for an additional day of rent. On top of that, after keeping my entire security deposit, they’re now attempting to charge me even more out of pocket. Absolute worst experience living at Sycamore Lane Apartments. Terrible experience with the water constantly being shut off on multiple buildings, almost once a month. The on site laundry facilities are absolutely disgusting and filthy, even went in to the management office to ask what was up with the constant dirty washing machines, in which Jill replied “WE DONT CLEAN THE MACHINES, we only clean the laundry mat.” I can’t imagine the amount of build up hair, dog fur, and mold that are in those machines. I recently toured this community, and I was genuinely impressed! the grounds are beautifully maintained, and everything feels clean, modern, and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They answered all my questions and concerns as I am new to Orange County. Cristina was very patient throughout the whole tour. Sycamore Lane is a great place to call home. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I love it. I truly appreciate the news letters and the communication from the office. We get lots of emails that keep us informed about what’s going on in the community. The staff is always smiling and ready to assist.
