Apartments all rotten every now and then the water pipes break no but that if to charge they are very good very bad experience
Beautiful property and units, well maintained with great amenities, but the best part of the tour was the staff! Toured lots of places but Lisa was so friendly and helpful with clear explanations, and the maintenance staff greeted everyone even. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in the area.

I went to the leasing office in Mission Viejo. There was a leasing manager there in her 50’s that was rude and unprofessional. I was trying to find an apartment but my income was lacking a few hundred to the minimum required income. She was very demeaning and humiliated me for not meeting the income requirement. This is not how you talk to customers!!! Be nice and polite even i didn’t meet the income requirements! I felt low and looked down by her.
Here staff so rudly they don’t help
