I recently toured this community, and I was genuinely impressed! the grounds are beautifully maintained, and everything feels clean, modern, and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They answered all my questions and concerns as I am new to Orange County. Cristina was very patient throughout the whole tour. Sycamore Lane is a great place to call home. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I love it. I truly appreciate the news letters and the communication from the office. We get lots of emails that keep us informed about what’s going on in the community. The staff is always smiling and ready to assist. I had a recent maintenance request and Santos handled it so quickly and efficiently. The maintenance staff is always very pleasant offering their help. Thank You management for enforcing the rules. Apartments all rotten every now and then the water pipes break no but that if to charge they are very good very bad experience
Beautiful property and units, well maintained with great amenities, but the best part of the tour was the staff! Toured lots of places but Lisa was so friendly and helpful with clear explanations, and the maintenance staff greeted everyone even. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in the area.
