a warm greeting upon arrival. minimum lobby wait. Upon being seated procedures reviewed and work done. Things have come a long way over the years where you can get a tooth preped and crowned in one visit! Saves on the use of sick leave and valuable time. Thanks again for th wonderful service.
I always get excellent service but considering I just stopped by to ask if they could fit me a for a quick x ray sometime today or even the next day (I was having some sensitivity on a lower tooth and they fit me in right then) I really cannot complain at all. I figure I had to come back later or even the next day but they helped me right away. I work in the same complex and could of run over to their office later but they took me right in. They check out the tooth and treated then.
I had my teeth cleaned by a new person (temp) and she did a great job. I also met with Dr. Ross for a check up. The personnel are great and efficient.
Had my first teeth whitening! Fun to see a difference in my smile. Makes me want to wear more lipstick.
Let's be honest, nobody's favorite time is visiting their dentist, but in this case I MUSTmention that Daphne makes the experience as pleasant as possible. I have a vertigoproblem, and Daphne does everything possible to accommodate me. She is a REALTREASURE!!! Red Cullen

Everyone was really nice! The medical care was excellent. I am impressed with the advanced technical equipment. Would have no problem recommending this dentist.
The whole team at Sycamore are very warm, friendly and easy to deal with. I am new to the area and was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Ross and was pleasantly surprised to find that everyone in the office was so easy going and professional. They gave me a great cleaning and I felt they were very knowledgeable and up to date with current dental practices/procedures. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with my new dentist!
