My first visit was nice. I have deep fears of the dentist and everyone was really nice and asked if I was ok. Very personal staff and the Doctor is amazing. She went slow with me and I appreciated that.
Always a pleasure to have my teeth cared for here. Lori and her staff are always empathetic, caring and helpful.They are more than willing to explain and procedures that need to be done and give you a running commentary to what they are doing as they perform their work on you.

My husband, Gordon and I love this office. I went there for many years when it was owned by Dr. Loren Kihlstrom. It was so nice when we moved back to Livermore to be able to come back to the same office and see some of the same people. Gina is our hygienist and she does a great job. I recently met Dr. Ross and Robin the secretary and both are delightful. We look forward to coming there for many years. And we will follow you to your new location when we know what it is.

Thank you for putting me in room #2 on the doctor's side. The nitrous in that room works MUCH better! Also, I want to thank all of the staff for working with me on getting in to see an endodontist. I saw Dr. Phan on Wednesday at 4pm. (This appointment was made by your office.) I was placed on antibiotics and a pain reliever (Norco 5). Unfortunately the antibiotic did not work as fast as anticipated and the pain became unbearable (... after regular business hours, of course!) so I went to the ER for better pain relief an d co... read more
Great atmosphere here at Sycamore--very fun and friendly BUT importantly do an excellent professional job. Makes a visit to the dentist bearable! :)
