I’m happy to support Sycamore Counseling and its founder, Shelby Rhea, whom I know personally. She is a thoughtful, compassionate person who genuinely cares about others and our community. Their downtown Paducah location is beautiful, convenient, and incredibly welcoming—calm, peaceful, and clearly designed with care. Sycamore Counseling is a true God-send to Western KY. The quality of therapy is top-notch clinically speaking, offering very helpful tools and processes for any issue in life.
