I feel like every few days there's a report of crime at Sycamore Bay Apartments in Newark, CA. My family are now seriously looking at other apartments to live in, due to the fear of crime or becoming a victims here. Cars stolen, people dumpster driving, teenagers hanging out by the stairs, packages going missing at your doorstep and so much more. I feel there is a real problems here at the moment. And I don't feel the Office really cares apart from stopping any bad PR getting out into the community.

Manager is very unprofessional. Beware coz they do and will enter your premises w/o your knowledge. She is rude and RACIST. She insisted to park our Tahoe in our garage coz she can park her suburban fine in hers, i wonder how her suburban looks to date. Parking? will forever be your problem. She raised our rent to 2,8k frm 2,1 so we wont renew. Well sorry we didn't have plans of doing so.
I've lived here for the last 4 years and I have no complaints.
