The staff is incompetent and powerless. Do not move here unless you enjoy not being able to sleep at night and like being harassed by neighbors.
The office stuff is so unprofessional. They have a fish face 24/7 save ur money
Unfriendly staff, dirty common areas, homeless people using hot tub/pool. I have found bars of soap by the hot tub and seen a homeless person using the hot tub for a bath. Lots of crime including cars being broken into, and stolen packages. Train that wakes you up at all hours of the night. Crapy gym. I will not be renewing my lease with Sycamore Bay and would caution against living here.
The apartment community it top notch and located within 5-7 miles of everything you could need, Malls, Costco, Best Buy, Lowes, Restaurants. Having a garage and being close to Facebook Shuttle sealed the deal for me. The Service is top notch and always on top of everything. The Apartment aesthetics are very nice but the windows are a little thin, would be nice if it had central A/C Heat rather than outdoor/wall unit. The Train comes every 4 hrs till 10 that's the only downside.
Liliana has the best customer service and made me feel very comfortable. I am renting somewhere else and can’t wait to come to Shea. It’s soo inviting and spacious.
