Steve, must be an employee, because everyone was scammed by this company. Please be careful people, I lost my money, but most of all waiting almost two years for credentialing and they never even filled out an application for my company. Here I am two years later and doing it myself. I have contacted all officials about this company and their scam. If you want this theft and wasted time, be my guest. Shame on them. PS, rating is -0
Negative rating. Horrible Service. Avoid this company at all cost (Unethical). Unprofessional employees. Did wrong application, wouldn’t reply at all, more then 6 months I called and emailed them everyday and when complained to BBB their explanation is “Once Sybe submits an application on behalf of a Provider, there is no refund, because Sybe has done their job, we are not responsible for the determination that the Insurance Company makes”. ZERO! NON-COMPLIANT, THEY SUCK, NO THROUGHOUT , NO COMMUNICATION!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Refused to refund money for services not rendered I paid Sybe $1318.00 on the 1st of October, 2018 for Credentialing services for two professionals. I was told one of the professional wasn't eligible and that the amount for that services would be refunded. Also, the only one that needs to be done wasn't done. Although the service was requested in October, I checked with the Credentialing departments of two out of the 4 insurance companies and was told no application was submitted as at January, 2019. ZERO is the Actual Rating. Please read this. Here are the FACTS! Unfortunately you can't Trust the positive reviews now... Do not trust the owner's "Fact Review" comment. This is not a competitor leaving "fake reviews". I had a terrible experience with Sybe. I wish I had looked more thoroughly at the reviews before putting so much faith in them. In July 2017 when I was not receiving the information I asked for and communication was scarce on their end, Sybe had a rating of 1.7. As I said, I wish I would have done my research before hiring them for credentialing. They did not complete any of my credentialing and I had to complete my own applications 4 months after they were supposed to start the process. Wages were lost and it put the start ... read more
