Me and my wife went for Annual physicals to this doctor in the Dec 2023. They were In-Network with my Insurance. The Doctor called after 2 weeks and asked me to come to the hospital to collect the reports. I alone went and collected the reports for me and my wife. After a month we see a surprise multiple bills from this provider 1. Bill for Annual physicals for both me and my wife 2. Billed me and my wife for my office visit for collecting the reports.
