First and foremost I would like to thank the staff Dr. Yamini’s office. Karlie was my first point of contact. I had a few questions that she took the time to answer. 87 yr old mom suffered a terribly painful ingrown toe nail. She being a diabetic made us all reluctant to cut it ourselves. Dr Yamini was on time as well as being most patient kind & gentle. He was able to fix it in one visit. We will now be on an 8 week rotation so this never happens again .
The staff is very professional, the office is clean and Dr. Yamini was very polite and respectful. He explains his approach clearly and starts with the less invasive approach. I appreciate that. Parking is a bit impossible in that shopping center. However, there is free valet available. Overall a good experience.
My scheduling is always checked and double checked first availability. Rescheduling is so easy and the same staff is always kind and proficient. Can’t ask for better.
