I would have gave five stars if it wasn't for the Cafe. Absolute WORST customer service I've ever received. EXTREMELY rude staff. ABSOLUTELY uncalled for and unprofessional. Toyota may have very well lost my service due to this. Wouldn't recommend whatsoever.
We had a terrific experience with Stephanie, Greg and Ms Mary. Each one made my daughter's 1st new Corolla iM purchase so very pleasant. She has been on cloud-9 all week. We are blessed to have found you all!
Love the customer service. This was our second new car purchase from Swope.
We have bought 2 Camry's from Swope so far. The sales experience has always been great with Swope each time. Thanks to Jeremy Harris because he always takes the time to answer all of our questions and has been very accommodating throughout the process. Also thanks to Tracy Childress for expressing his concern for our comfort during our car shopping experience. Great place and great service.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We actually had stopped in to look at a car for my husband and I left with a car instead. I absolutely love it!!! Would definitely recommend going in and seeing them! Ask for Keith Murphy or Tracy Childress!!!
