Service department really lacks customer service. I was told that because I did not have an appointment, that I would not be able to wait the anticipated wait time of 3 hours even though the service department was not closing for 4 1/2 hours.
Made a car deal on a new RAV4 through text/email due to my work schedule, Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure the transaction went smoothly. I would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to please contact her, she's very knowledgeable, professional, understood our needs, and more importantly not pushy at all. Had a required maintenance done here about 2 months ago and the service person told me all the perks of having a certified vehicle (which mine is). Go to the service area today and found out that the perks must be for other Toyota dealers because they don't offer them. This is the reason I buy in Louisville not Elizabethtown. Never had a problem from out of town dealers. The service lady today wanted to be argumentative. I travel to get work done for a reason.
