So incredibly impressed with Swope in Elizabethtown! Derwin and his crew made everything so easy. We expressed interest on a vehicle on Sunday night and was given a call the same night. Monday morning Derwin sent videos and walk arounds of the vehicle(s) and they were able to send us off in our new vehicle Monday night! They were phenomenal, and I would recommend them to anyone! I have been a customer for over 20 years now.
It took over two months to finalize buying my car with Swope. My paperwork was done wrong. Had to refinance. Took over a month to get registration once it was finally financed. Car broke down 4 days after driving off the lot. I’ve bought 3 cars from Swope and I never will again.
Our salesman Tom took the patience to help my family get a car we loved. they were very personable and patient! he worked to get us the newest best car within our budget. we could've saved lot of time if we went here first!
They were the only dealer in town that actually tried to work with me on my upside down trade. I even tried taking it back where I bought it and they were uninterested in helping me. Brandon my salesman was a really nice guy.
My wife brought in her 2017 Hyundai for servicing and tire rotation today. They forgot to tighten the lug bolts on the right front wheel. As she attempted to pull out on 31W the wheel started to angle out. Bolts were only on the first few threads. Not a happy camper! Where is the quality control? Except for warranty issues, we will find another service center which is more quality control focused!
Mark and Junior are always awesome, whether I'm coming in for a tune up or mystery dash light fix, they always greet me with a smile. The mechanics are informative and always break down the lingo for me, even when they address my baby as "the trouble child" 😂
