Terrible Made an appoint for my 2010 Accent, because the check engine light was on. Took it in for them to look over it, cost me over $600.00. They changed the plugs and coil packs. Guess what, check engine light is back on it was a knock sensor. Way to go! $600 and they still didn't fix the problem. Never own another Hyundai nor will I go to Swope again.
Had a wonderful time yesterday in Elizabethtown KY. We had done the research and drove all the way from Evansville to pick up our new 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Big shout out to Tim and everyone at the "Swope" dealership! Measured the mileage on the way back to E-ville, 39 miles to the gallon. :) Now to deliver those books!
I've been around for a little while and it's always a matter of opinion,I can only speak about my experience. I want to commend Justin Fox,this young man really made us feel at ease and his knowledge really showed through. My Wife,Son and I had a very pleasant experience today and definitely recommend Swope Family of dealers of Elizabethtown. Ask for Justin !

I bought a Hyundai Tuscon from them. Chris Featherstone was the BEST. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I had a Mitsubishi Endeavor prior to this purchase and had it serviced in Radciff for 10 years. Bill and Jr always took good care of my car.
Hyundai should stand behind their product when you have a single Foster Mom.. I bring my car here for all my repairs on my car.. and I had to set in a waiting room being charged to hear a man. Cuss at my Foster girls, talk belligerent on the phone, talking racial issues, as well as making a really loud phone calls about his dope issues with other people.. very dissatisfied.... and yes I will buy another Hyundai.. BC I do like the performance of the car..
My sister bought a Hyundai from the people she took it to him I said the transmission is out she asked them to change the transmission fluid and they told her they didn't do that that is b******* I want wondering if it's just because she is a woman I won't buy from these people they wear
