BE AWARE. I have problem with one of their apts. Sycamore in concord NC. they charged me 1500 for an apt that I never lived in due to a serious smell. so I contacted corporate. told me to email service ---service said they can't help. then I emailed the regional mgr She said she can't help. then went to Mr McGraph who had the audacity to send me back to MS Cioci.
