My husband and I are from Baltimore, MD, and visiting Colorado wouldn’t have been as amazing without seeing this fantastic coffee shop! We had breakfast (get the avocado toast, just do it), I had a delicious latte and my husband had the black tea. Everything was delicious and the service was great! What a beautiful coffee shop experience!
My fav coffee shop in town! Amazing coffee, friendly staff + they work directly with the coffee farmers!!! Can't brag enough about this place
I was visiting from out of town for a weekend getaway and wanted to try a locally owned coffee shop. So I turned to google and it sent me here! What a find! Amazing espresso, great staff, and a beautiful, relaxing environment! I will definitely be recommending this coffee shop/roaster! I can’t wait to try the freshly roasted beans when I get home! Thank you for a great experience!!
Extremely disappointed in Switchback Coffee Roasters this morning, which had been recommended to me. Walked over and ordered three coffees to take home. Asked the man taking my order if you had drinks carriers, and he said, "Yes." Drinks arrived, no carrier. The brown-haired woman who brought my drinks checked and said you were out of carriers. She was unapologetic and suggested balancing two of the cups, in a tippy tower (hmmm... a balancing act for 0.5 miles?). I told her it would be a difficult walk home, and she responde... read more

Hey Jana, sorry that your visit didn't go well yesterday. I assure you that this is not the normal interactions we have. We do have drink carriers so this must have just been an oversight and a quick off moment by one of our staff. We've brought it up and will make sure conversations don't happen like this again. Traveling through Colorado Springs on vacation from Oklahoma and was having n search of great coffee, and they did not disappoint! Atmosphere was so rad. My pour over was fantastic and the avocado toast was to die for. Bought some beans to take back home with me also. Will definitely be swinging by again next time I’m in the area!
