Highly recommended! SWiTCH has amazing providers for adults, teens, and children. They always take the time to listen and show that they care. The providers are always accommodating to scheduling needs. They offer in person visits, zoom, and telephone appointments.
Rarely have issues with scheduling, and even went out of the way to get me the care I needed. Couldn't recommend more.
If you could give 10 stars I would. I’ve had a really good experience with Switch, and honestly, I’d recommend them to anyone who’s looking for real help. My first appointment was scheduled fairly quickly compared to other places where you have to wait a month to be seen. They keep their appointments and are on time, which takes a lot of stress off your plate. I am so pleased with the services at SWiTCH. They are professional, compassionate & most important, they listen. Very easy scheduling & phone calls or messages are always returned promptly. They were very accommodating & did a phone conference when I could not make an appointment. I cannot say enough good about them. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs the help.They are like having a friend to talk to!
Have been with them for 3 years now and my 9 year old daughter also goes through them. I have never felt more comfortable and connected with a therapist. Super convenient doing telehealth and they are so flexible. They really go above and beyond for you as a client. I recommend them to anyone looking!
