RecommendedI like Swingbelly’s but honestly, they need to offer a baked potato with their entrees, no matter what time it is. If I order Prime Rib at 3pm, I don’t want extremely thin French fries with it. Fries are NOT an entree type food.

We only offer baked potatoes after 4pm due to kitchen equipment constraints. Next time, ask your server if it is possible to get a baked potato. We would be more than happy to provide you with one if it’s before 4pm and possible to do so.
RecommendedWife and I just finished eating some great burgers and fries!
Families (with anyone under 21) are not welcome to eat inside of the restaurant. We sat out on the patio, which would be fine if it wasn't 90° out. There really isn't great covering for shade or any fans out there. The deck is located near the air conditioning system so it's really loud and a bit warmer. Plus it was super buggy.

Unfortunately due to restrictions set forth by the La Porte County Health Department and the State of Indiana Excise Police we are only able to seat families outside on our patio. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and how this may have prohibited your ability to enjoy a great dining experience here with us at Swingbellys. We hope to open our main dining room to accommodate more families once we are able to safely do so.
