I have worked with Mike and Swing Property for over 5 years. He has been incredible to work with in regards to finding tenants, getting repairs done and eventually selling properties. I have nothing but great things to say about Swing Property Management and the help they offer! Looking forward to my next rental being managed by them.
Mike manages 20 of my properties and he has saved me a lot of money on repairs compared with my previous two companies that didn’t come close in price or service.
