I have worked with Mike and Swing Property for over 5 years. He has been incredible to work with in regards to finding tenants, getting repairs done and eventually selling properties. He's not trustworthy. Please document everything in writing. This is my experience with Michael from swing management, not yours. Be mindful of how you treat people because they can leave a review.

Mike manages 20 of my properties and he has saved me a lot of money on repairs compared with my previous two companies that didn’t come close in price or service. I would highly recommend him to anybody, and I have referred my friends and family to him and they are very pleased. I wish I had knew Mike sooner.
