I have recently changed from a pool company to Swimart Warners Bay as the company that I had been dealing with had very poor customer service. I had an issue with our pool recently, contacted Swimart WB and within a few days the issue was completely sorted. The serviceman and the staff that I dealt with were extremely professional and I would definitely recommend this pool company to all.
I’m a local electrician and had a customer ask me to replace a 20 year old pool light on a concrete pool. Kerry and Keith were absolutely amazing in helping me find a solution that fitted using existing holes in the pool and had a blue light output as the customer had requested, with no need to drain the pool! Keith coached me through the installation as well when I went to collect the fitting in store. Very happy will definitely use these guys again when the next pool light replacement comes along
