I LOVE Swim Theory!! They are so impressive and the staff is awesome! And Grant is a fantastic coach!! I couldn’t be happier! I recommend their service to everyone who wants to learn how to swim or just to go to for practice. They’re awesome! Thanks Tim and Grant!!
Amazing coaches for young and old
Tim and Grant are fantastic! So many places "try" to teach you how to stay alive in the water but Grant teaches you how to swim! It's such an essential life skill and an amazing supportive sport to participate in. We highly recommend it!!

When I was introduced to swim theory I was skeptical. My 3 girls are swimmers and compete in lake saint Louis...we tried one session and I have to say that the coaches were professional and knowledgable..the technology used was awesome and all 3 received better times after just one visit....if you want your kids to receive ribbons in the top three places swim theory will get you there.
Very nice to watch my girls strokes broken down from so many perspectives. Great facilities and advice from Coach Grant, go check it out!!!
Such a cool place! My daughter learned so much at her first lesson. Theresa is a great instructor!
