Great place to learn and improve strokes. Very skilled and professional. Great with kids and teens of all ages.
Everybody here is super nice. And does everything they can to help my daughter get better at swimming. Even helped her practice for a swim test she had to have for YMCA camp.
We love swim theory! The lessons my kids received there were far superior to the typical group/community pool lessons. Highly recommend!!!
My daughter loves being able to see what’s going on under the water. She knew something was going wrong with her backstroke so she asked to go to swim theory. Sure enough her hand position was off. Next meet 2 1/2 sec off a 50 and 4 1/2 off a 100 back.
What teenager wants to get up to be in the pool for a workout before school? Mine does when it's at Swim Theory! Love, live, love the workouts and the individualized attention she gets with her swimming style.
