Grant is a wonderful instructor. When I went to a pool to practice what I learned at my first lesson, I realized it was one of the most valuable one hour lessons I've had in any field.

We are thrilled to have this one-of-a-kind facility that promotes and teaches proper stroke technique. The individual instruction and video analysis has been amazing. The staff is phenomenal, and my teenage daughters have learned so much in such a short time! My girls love Swim Theory, and look forward to coming to each session. My kids love swim theory! They have been taking small group swim lessons for about 3 months and the improvements I am seeing are amazing! They have done a great job of keeping my kids excited about swim lessons and wanting to try to do more. Can't wait to see them in a regular pool this summer!
Best swim place ever! We send our two little kids here and they get the best training and lessons and we have tried the Rex plex, YMCA, little dishes and British swim school. Very small classes so one-on-one attention, you can watch them underwater and have them recorded to let them see how they are doing! Instructors are so great and knowledgeable!
