Sarcastic Customer Service Operator – Troy the technician who came out to actually service my pool was very nice and friendly (professional. However, the operator on the phone (Kathy) who took my $460 payment was very quick, rude, and sarcastic. She sounded like she had issue from the moment she heard my voice. I don't want to stop businees because of her, so if I could do my business without interacting with her I would rate this comapnay with at least 4 1/2 stars.
