We have worked with Swim Care Pools for over a year. At the very beginning of service with them, we explained that we need very consistent service and contact. Both the homes they serviced operate as vacation rentals, so the jacuzzis must be clean upon tenants arrival. Pool guy no showed on our last service with this company, we called multiple times and was told he would show up the next day. No show again!! We called at 4:30pm on the same day (been waiting all day for him) and no response on whether he was coming and when he would come if not on that day. Worse pool service provider I've ever spoken to, dealt with and tried to work with. 1. Tracy who answers and returns the call is such a rude woman with no phone manner. She is always in rush, trying to get you say ok to the service and "their" convenient time so she can hold you hostage later on. 2. My home warranty company referred me to them, they called 2 weeks after I submitted the claim with the home warranty, scheduled a first visit. We followed every protocol correctly. This human just thinks the world revolves around her. We had home warranty of america set to pay over 80% of a replacement filter for her. She doesn’t realize warranty work takes several days. We tried to schedule with her prior and she was difficult to work with. It’s customers like this that we would rather not do business with. Good luck getting your filter replaced mam.
