I'm often asked (as a real BBQ cook and Judge) where locally to get good BBQ. Now I have an answer. Swig & Swine. Very good BBQ until it's gone for the day. Pulled pork that needs no sauce. Got a tour of the smoke room. 4 whole hog cookers. A torpedo cooker with cabinet doors. And three vertical cookers. All wood fired. Brisket and whole hog 16-18 hours. REAL BBQ.
This review is for the new location in Summerville. Five stars all day long. The brisket and chicken wings were da' bomb! Love the new location.
We went to the one in West Ashley and was soooo happy when they told us they were coming to Summerville and right down the street from our house �
We loved the swig and swine so much that while we were eating it we decided to switch caters of our wedding to swig and swine!!!! Best decision ever!!!! Chris was so helpful!!! The pork belly is to die for!!!
