Sat at the counter where they pull the meat from the smoker and then the slicing begins. They are masters. The briskets are perfect, the turkey breasts are very moist and smoked perfectly, the ribs, wings and pork belly are great. Pimento cheese w/pork rinds are my favs, the rinds were still crackin when we got them. Don't eat a lot of meat, but, when I do this is the place I make up for lost time.
Yummy yum yum! This is amazing food, delicious sides for every palate! Brisket is to die for. I repeat, yummy yum yum
All the food was top notch. We tried the brisket, sausage and pork belly. The mac and cheese and corn pudding was excellent also. Great friendly service. Will be back again when we are back in town.
Best Beef Brisket I've ever had, I can't wait to come back.
