Left 12 items to get pressed clerk wrote a price on the ticket of $15.15 and today when I show up to pick up my items the clerk tells me that the new total is $33.00. I paid what was on the ticket of with a $20 dollar bill and 15 cents and the clerk refused to give me my change back of $5.00. This business is stealing from customers. After calling the police they agree with me that the business did wrong however nothing was done due to it being a civil matter. Be careful with this business.
Poor communication. Needed patches on my work shirts and a jacket. Said they did not know if they could do that jacket so they said they'd call me for the price and to see if I would give the go-ahead. They didn't call, placed the patches in the incorrect place, charged me and stated they couldn't give me a receipt for the jacket. 6 shirts and one jacket over $160.
