My friend took her car through here & one of the employees noticed it wasn't as clean as it should be and they sent her through again free of charge. Everyone was super friendly & helpful. They care about giving you a quality experience. Great place :)
I hate this place! For some reason the water, soap, nor the wax coming from the machines never ever seem to touch my right side back passenger window. My vehicle roll out with the same dirt on that same window every time! Also the machine leave white marks on my vehicle that has to be rubbed out, it look like white scratches. I drive a Ruby Red 2016 Ford Explorer, so those white marks are a pain in the butt to get off my vehicle. This place is a definite, No Go!
I bought my first car a week ago. I spent weeks searching for just the right 2013 Honda Civic without body damage and no past of damage. I finally settled on one without a scratch on it. I went to go get it washed for the first time last night after looking for 2 days online for the best inexpensive, quick wash. I settled on Swifty because I couldn't find a single negative review. After a terrible incident where I ran over a deer with my car, the staff was so kind to help me wash my car twice to get it clean from all the gross gunk under it. They also offered so kindly to hand pressure wash the underside twice. Such a kind group of individuals. So thankful for them, and this will further always be my car wash of choice!
Good, courteous staff! Which is hard to find these days. The guys don't mind working, great work ethic, another asset. I'll be back.
My new favorite place to get an oil change and car wash! I had both my toddler daughters (sleep) in the car and was able to stay in the car while they changed my oil. It took less than 15 minutes! The free car wash was a bonus. Thanks again!!
