My new favorite place to get an oil change and car wash! I had both my toddler daughters (sleep) in the car and was able to stay in the car while they changed my oil. It took less than 15 minutes! The free car wash was a bonus. Thanks again!!
They go above and beyond here. I have a neurological disorder that affects my balance,one day not long ago I was there vacuuming my car when the manager noticed me and came and offered to vacuum my car for me. Wow what a blessing to me! He told me as he finished that whenever I need my car vacuumed to let them know and he would arrange for a staff member to vacuum my vehicle for me. Not only does my car look new, but as I was vacuuming, I must have hit the lock button on the console. It's 95 degrees out and my car is running and I am locked out. They were nice enough to come out with a whole kit to help me back in my car. I love this place and the people who work here!
I have been going here for years and was happy with my service until today. Looks like they have new management or at least several new employees. I was charged an extra $5 for some plate removal that I had never been charged for before with this car. I was not told I would be charged for this. It just showed up on the bill. When I mentioned it to the employee they were unsympathetic and offered nothing but a weak "it's in the system" excuse. The amount was small, but the way I was treated was wrong.
