I won’t be back here. My car is more dirty than when we pulled in.
Scott surely knows how to lose a customer. I have been coming to this car wash for years. Last night I took my van through the wash and the unit didn't fully clean it. I pulled back around to get a rewash, I have done this a few times over the years, and Scott denied me. His reasoning was that I didn't pay enough. His exact words were, "if you had a got a $20 wash, I would let you back through, but a basic is not enough money". That is piss poor customer service. Customer Service was awesome. It was Fast, Easy and now I have a Clean car!!!
I paid $10 for the Shine N Protect, my car was washed but it did not wash my tires. I noticed this when I got home. I tried calling and all I got was a voicemail.
