SCAM! This company has their website appear in a web engine search to look as though they are where Florida residents are to renew their car registrations online. Then they will charge a significant inflated fee. I spoke with the Florida tax collector office, they confirmed that the site is a third-party agency that charges extremely high cost with no added benefit. Beware when you see this website appear for any online Florida registration renewal! SCAM
Total scam and horrible customer service. They will not return a call and have no customer service number. My credit card dispute department had a number and it was bogus. I have emailed swifftags and they respond saying I am not entitled to a refund as they processed my renewal. I renewed myself on FLDMV online site and the only application processes was mine. I have asked mumerous times for a refund and am being denied by swifttags.net. They are stealing our money. Renew only on state dmv site.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no number to call which clearly is a red flag. Tried emailing several times with no response. Cancelled my order and took 40 dollars from the 99 I paid as a “fee”. Absolutely awful company! DO NOT TRUST

They are absolutely criminal. I wanted to renew my vehicle registration in Florida and searched in Google and found their website. They charged me $99 for registration renewal. Then, they sent me (maybe an automatic) email saying that my request was denied and they issued a refund of 59$! They simply stole $40 from me for no service that I received!!! Do not trust them. This is a scam for sure. Now, I am very concerned because I shared my SSN and credit card info with them.

Do not use this sevice. We were renewing our tags, which had expired, and out of the $100+ we paid for renewal, they kept $40 and had the audacity to write an email saying not to request a charge back from my bank. Well, Chargeback requested. THIS IS A SCAM.
