Only gave 1 star because I had too!!!!!! WORST COMPANY I have ever seen definitely a RIP OFF, I'm not sure why they took $30 off of my debit card? You live and you learn!!! Pissed......
Swifttag could not provide any service. They did keep most of my payment and warned that any attempt to cancel the charges would result in action against the charge card bank. The warning arrived quickly which tells me they are professional at this highly unethical practice. BEWARE FOLKS.
This company is not a reliable source for obtaining a plate renewal/registration. I attempted to get a renewal through this company only to receive a message that there was an issue and they could not renew my registration. I went to the Florida DMV site and my request was immediately processed. This company would only give me a partial refund and kept over $30 of the paid amount. This company is not reliable and is making money by scamming consumers.
People getting credit card numbers and charging for NOTHING! Not reputable AT ALL!
NO NOT USE THEM. SCAM. Wish i had researched them prior. They were NOT able to properly access the full FLORIDA DMV's database - and claimed DMV did not a copy of my insurance. TOTALLY FALSE. I had to go directly to local DMV to renew - and Fla DMV said SWIFT TAG was WRONG. (after paying Swift Tags twice, as their system gave me ERROR messages? )They BILLED ME TWICE - for DOUBLE the Cost of my local DMV - and are refusing to provide a full refund due to there T&Cs. SCAM Beware. Doing Florida tag renewal thought I was on Florida site. Hit enter and immediately got rejection email due to some lock on my plates. They still charge me $40 for nothing. I go to the real Florida site and renew my plated. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Please do not trust these people. They are a SCAM. for some reason I thought I was ordering my tags through Hillsborough County Collector and this site pop up and therefore I put my tag information in for my SUV, they charged me $95.00, when in fact the tag price was only $46.85 for 1 year in according to my paper work from Hillsborough County Tax Collector. Made a few calls and was told they are not legitimate and there is numerous complaints made against them. Carolyn Banks
Whatever you do! DO MOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a SCAM!! After you pay your money they will ask your for all type of documents even after you have given them everything they will tell you they could not find you in the system. YOU WILL NOT GEF ALL YOUR MONEY BACK! They will only give you half! They are a waste of time and money!
Do not trust them. They steal your money for no service and have no customer service! They charge you and even don’t give you a receipt. It is a scam. Be careful
