They do well for me! I have used three other property managers in the Redding area and have been disappointed. I have used Swift for the last 1.5 years and have only good things to say. The one great thing about them is they don't close for lunch and every small holiday. My last property manager was closed for lunch and every holiday. They also show properties to tenants on Saturdays. The last three didn't show on weekends at all. Like I said they have done a great job for me. I have 4 properties with them.
they suck Awful customer service! Treat tenants like their dirtbags and just keep adding up the fees. Even when your a good tenet and pay your bills they still treat you like crap. HORRIBLE Dont rent from them

TOP NOTCH! From the initial contact, through the whole process of coming out to look at our property and the follow-up service everything has been super. The staff is friendly, approachable, competent and professional in working with everyone. I feel well represented by Swift, as I am no longer in the area.
