The manager Cori needs training ASAP. You should stay as far away as possible from this company. They are very unprofessional and lack any sort of customer service you would expect from a business. I had a few direct dealings with Cori the manager and I could have not been more disappointed in the interaction. As I mentioned you would do yourself a favor to pass right on by this horrible company.
They are not good at what they do. I tried to schedule several appointments with this company and they could just not work it out. They seemed to be inconvenienced by my calls and requests. I was in the lobby and could hear this older man in the back somewhat yelling at a young girl. My guess was he was the owner of the business. I ended up renting from Country Properties. They were more on it.
Stay away from Swift Properties Best to stay as far away as possible. The application process is daunting and grueling. They asked for tons of stuff. I believe that they just ran me around thinking I would just wonder off. If you need housing I would look elsewhere.

Liars I've been in one of their properties for about 3 weeks, and when I chose the house, it was specified that pets would be considered. I told them that I was planning on adopting a dog soon, and also told them that me choosing the house was on the terms that I could have a dog. They said they confirmed with the owner, and it was all good as long as I informed them when the time came. Imagine my surprise when the local pet adoption shelter call them up to confirm I was allowed to have a dog in my rental property. Nope, not... read more

Landlords Beware Please beware. This company comes off as really great and customer service oriented. No way! They really do nothing, but collect your rent. Unfortunately they don't even know what is in their contract, let alone their responsibility to their landlords. The reason I went to a property management firm was because I didn't want to have to deal with the headache of dealing with tenants and maintenance. Helpful, Kind, Courteous, Prompt Here's the deal, I just took 5 minutes out of my day to sign up to insider pages just to review Swift. I don't like wasting my time and for this purpose, I don't feel I am. So far I've been with swift going on a year now. Up to this point they have been kind, courteous, and prompt.
