7 time they missed up with my address.I never have a problem with another companies. Since timu started to work with Swift, probably delivery becomes sucks. Probably I will delete my Temu account. I don't know which kind of driver they hired. How many times they can bring my stuff different town. They not even bother themselves to read whole address.
Just had a delivery from SwiftX. The driver took it upon himself to write my address in marker on my siding and cracked it. I am beyond angry. Teach your drivers to not vandalize customers homes. I will be contacting my lawyer.
If I could give one star I would! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. Stole money and will not return it. They will say that the item is on the way. Then keep asking for more cashapps for insurance, crate, then still never receive the item. They are very sick for praying on families. The worst customer service and help I've ever received. They stole over 2000$ of my money. I will now be bringing lawyers into the case to try to settle. Again you have been warned. This place is a scam!!!
