If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My original psychiatrist mysteriously left this practice, and because of that, I could not get one of my meds in time and was cold turkey off it for a week. Got assigned Pamela Johnson, who is worse. I am, once again, having issues with getting my prescription filled. When I had my first appointment with Pamela, she told me she was pulling up my chart to “see what is up with me”, which was insanely unprofessional. I urge everyone looking into this practice to look somewhere else.

I was told a treatment had been discussed with me that never happened and was then told because i didn’t remember that I needed to be hospitalized. I was never able to speak to the psychiatrist about the issue, everything was relayed through the receptionist who was telling me the treatment had been discussed on dates that never appeared in my chart. The practice as a whole was rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional. It’s dangerous to be this wrong about patient information.

Wonderful person and staff. Amy Tracy has helped me more than anyone of 30 years of dealing with mental health issues. She won't give up on you evenif you give up on you.
