My experience with this service was excellent. The representative explained everthing to me in a way that I understood, and was very personable in doing so. I felt he was looking out for my welfare and although I have an ancient cooling system, there was not talk of replacing the system . Asked them to do an "Indoor Air Quality Test" which was just a joke. The person that did it, come to find out was the salesman!!!! Everything was found to be old and deteriorating. HELLO!!!! MY Furnace was 6 years old! what a joke. DO NOT CALL FOR ANY REASON, unless you want this "HVAC" company to blow insulation which they say they do too.
Sales Man tried pushing my wife and i to buy $15,000 in heating and cooling when another company fixed the problem for $250.
