I called to get my belongings out of the car only 2 day later after being impounded. They told me I would have to pay them 100.00 just to get my stuff out of the car less than 24 hrs. That's absolutely ridiculous and a money hungry company stay away from the rip off people!
We got into a really horrible accident and DPD called Sweetman without asking us. We were not asked where to take the car and we also have no memory of signing any kind of agreement. Insurance was dragging their feet and the woman who answered the phone told me not to pay out of my own pocket to get my car back. I listened as I’ve never dealt with something like this. Absolutely rip off don’t use them. Horrible service and will rob you blind
Really deserving of ZERO stars. They are absolutely criminal and compulsive liars! They will try to tell you your car is totaled, prices are unreasonable, and the lady who answers the phone is inadequate and unprofessional. Car had to be towed due to car accident involving a pregnant mother driving alone. Tow was local and was over $400! Cash only too.. As a business owner, do not recommend this shady company.
