What a fabulously refreshing experience during a vehicle breakdown while traveling through. The baristas were very friendly, helpful, energized, enthused, and entertaining (Haden and Co). My only small complaint was the seating - rather uncomfortable chairs. HOWEVER: it was good they weren't too comfortable otherwise we would have stayed all day eating strawberry cream Danish and ordering one Vietnamese latte after the next. So keep the chairs. Otherwise, wow. And... They tell me there's a sister franchise in Chicagoland... ... read more

Went down to Grand Forks for the day and found ourselves nowhere to since most cafés closest early Sunday nights. Sweetwaters was the obvious exception and almost serendipitous. The ambiance was great. The coffee fantastic. I order their French Viet Coffee Au Lait. The brew and its balance with the condensed milk was well thought through making sure the neither ingredient overpowers the other. Great place to meet with friends. This seems to be the new fav place of our in Grand Forks. Can't wait to be back. Looking forward to... read more
