Hadn't ordered here in a while but I had almost the exact same experience although this time I waited at the pick up shelf for 8 minutes before being asked who I was there for. And again it had NOT even been started. And as for the response I received last time YOU ADMITTED that you don't consider to go orders a priority. You said they get acknowledged to stop the "dinging" THEN ignored. If I place an order 10 minutes BEFORE I ARRIVE I shouldn't have to wait another 5-10 minutes before my order is even started. Cool spot, coffee not great
Great Hazelnut Cappuccino, staff was friendly, and no virtue signaling signage in this great coffee shop! 😁
Place took forever to finish an order. 12 minutes for a coffee. 35 mins for sandwich. (this place was at like 10% capacity) Staff was not coordinated, skipping peoples order to make others
I don't know what magic they did to this cold brew but it is hands down the best that I've ever had.
