Dropped to 1 star and my last visit. Yet again the excuse that we mark orders accepted or completed when we didnt even start them and have no intention of starting them soon. I waited 12 minutes for my order after arriving 8 minutes after it was sent. They didn't even start the sandwiches until 7 minutes after I arrived. It apparently took 2 of them to make the 2 drinks THEN 1 to slowly make the 2 sandwiches. Which took 5 minutes because a sausage egg bagel and bacon egg bagel were SUPER complicated.
