By far worst experience! I had to fill out a police report because they stole my medicine from my car! Don't trust these people! And too add to it the manager of that's even what he is Brian had the nerve to contact my via fb because of my review!
I don't like having to deal with a sales pitch every time i go!! Yes, I know about the membership. Yes, I know about the punch card. Ugh, I miss just punching in what i want to the touch screen and being on my way. Aside from that, it's still a great car wash!
Very unhappy. My vehicle was damaged and Brian Montgomery was supposed to contact me on Monday. Can't leave a voice mail. Contacted corporate office and they did not return my call either. Damaged brand new vehicle that still had the temp tag on it. No one returning my calls. Guess I'll let my insurance company go after them.
Good car wash, nice people. I've been to other car washes, but this one was superior. Next time I'm in Ocoee, I'd certainly go back again.
My husband just became a member. They have upgraded the auto wash and they seem to do a better job than when it was sweet water. The lounge is much nicer... But now lacks a TV . Also comfort is key... The coffee maker is never on neither is the popcorn machine. I suggest a Keurig coffee maker then coffee isn't wasted.. why have machines in there if you can't use them.
Best car wash around. The equipment is well maintained doesn't scratch my genesis coupe. The car wash scrubbers work very well and the machines dispense the right amount of soap to wash your car. Inside the car they do a great job only once did I have to ask them to redo the inside windshield and they fixed it right away. I have the unlimited wash membership I go everyday and get the pollen and leaves washed off it's worth the $20 month
If I could give it zero stars I would. I paid $32 for a car wash and it was horrible. They picked the trash up off of the floor and put it on the back seat and left it there. And they left food crumbs on the back seat. I could have washed my car myself and did a better job. I won't be going back ever again
